A tool called the Derma-Roller -- the latest in non surgical plastic surgery -- could do just that.

The technique, also called micro-needling or micro-channeling, uses a little wheel with thorn-like needles attached to a roller about the size of a razor. When the tool is rolled across your face it makes like holes or channels in your skin that can be filled with goodies to make your body produce more collagen.

The tool can also break up pigment to make your skin look healthier and younger. The tool has also been know to help scar victims retain pigment as well.

"You can't see them ( the channels formed in the skin) and by opening them it stimulates new collagen to form and also breaks up the positive pigment and evens it out," Dr. Nelson Novick, Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine says.

You can use it anywhere including those pesky legs and buttocks area with the dimples that just won't go away . Dr. Novick has even used it to apply topical to hair loss victims.

The cost for the treatment will only set you back a couple hundred dollars as opposed to a few thousand for plastic surgery.

"It's low-tech, super efficient, and not particularly expensive," Novick says.
