Lipoaspirate Transplant Breast Enlargement

Say goodbye to silicon, saline or gummy bear implants. No more leaks or ruptures or nightmares about a boob job. Lipoaspirate transplants are now the way to go to get bigger breasts. Lipoaspirate transplant uses stem cells from adipose tissue or the patient’s fat from their abdomen or buttock to regrow breast tissue and muscle. So say hello to fat. We knew it was good for something.

The procedure is simple, fast and can be done under local anesthesia without hospitalization so it lowers costs. And to top it off there is no risk of rejection or allergic reaction unlike with implants.

25 percent of the fat cells injected will be reabsorbed into the body. Due to lack of oxygen that is needed for the tiny blood vessels at the site of injection the transported cells will be undernourished and will be absorbed

The amount of transplanted fat cells will differ for each woman depending on desired breast size. Remember you have to work very closely with your surgeon throughout the entire process and be comfortable with his experience with the procedure.

Here are some tips to consider when consulting a plastic surgeon:
  • Review credentials, education, training, type of certification held, and the number of times that the procedure has been performed in the practice.
  • View before-and-after photos of patients who received the fat transfer procedure and alternative procedures to help set reasonable expectations. You can also bring a photo of the desired result you would like to see.
  • Inquire about different techniques such as the method for spinning fat cells and alternative procedures.
  • Inquire about the type of equipment to be used, where the procedure will be performed, and the extent of the procedure.
  • Review possible complications of the procedure with the doctor.
  • Request a list of instructions. Following these instructions can reduce the risk of complications. The list may include:
    1) a prescribed antibiotic for both before and after the procedure
    2) stopping certain medications or supplements
    3) ask your doctor if you should have someone drive you home after the procedure
  • Understand that results can vary among doctors and patients. It is important to conduct extensive research before deciding on a surgeon or if the procedure is right for you.

The cells that are transplanted are still fat cells and will act like fat cells. After the initial reabsorption to achieve the desired size, the fat cells like breast tissue will diminish if you lose weight. Some surgeons will work closely with their patients before and after their procedure to maintain appropriate weight through diet and exercise. Especially since liposuction and lipoinjection procedures are performed at the same time.

WARNING American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery:

"On the surface, the concept of using liposuction to remove unwanted fat from one's own thighs and buttocks, and then injecting it into the breasts to make them larger, has appeal. However, aesthetic surgeons certified in plastic surgery have long maintained that injection of fat, or any substance, into or behind the breast tissue can be potentially dangerous. Fat cells that are removed from one body site and injected into another frequently do not survive. Fat injected into the breast may be absorbed by the body, may become liquid and drain from the injection site or may calcify, becoming a scarred mass within the tissues. Massive calcification of injected fat can mask or mimic the presence of breast cancer. Seven to 14 ounces of fat injected into the breast, the amount required for an average enlargement, could make accurate detection of cancer by mammography extremely difficult."

Breast augmentation by fat injection is an experimental procedure and there is no evidence that it is either safe or effective over a long period of time. Please obtain all the information necessary before making a decision to get a lipoapirate transplant.

  1. Thanks for the info..It is really a valuable reference.
Hmmm so mach procedures to review!!! It is really a careful consideration. It is a life decision making i would say. Undergoing implants or surgery is indeed a risk stuff & we need to ensure our health status is fit before undergoing such procedures. It is wise to explore an alternative such as a natural breast enhancement methods. It is cheaper, no potential risk & effective too in the long run. Surgery on the other hand may have a risk of side effect and it can't guarantee its effectiveness depending on one's health condition.

A peace of mind is what we hope for. So careful consideration is a must before undergoing such implants. It is a choice afterall..

    Thanks

    Regards,
